BeeSmart relied on several skills to help this small business survive during the Covid-19 pandemic. From the start, Lusty Monk’s founder wanted to be careful about how we promoted the brand during this time. We needed to find the right tone – one that was appropriate for promoting during a crisis. She was adamant about “paying it forward” and finding small ways in which the brand could help restaurants, servers, and small retail stores during Covid-19. We supported this mission and got to work on messaging and outreach.
