BeeSmart relied on several strategies for ecommerce success to help this small business thrive. From the start, Lusty Monk’s founder wanted to be careful about how we promoted the brand. We needed to find the right tone – one that was appropriate for promoting during 2020. She was adamant about “paying it forward” and finding small ways in which the brand could help restaurants, servers, and small retail stores during Covid-19.
